Graphic design for events

Distinctive design. Built for events.

A creative partner built for the pace of events.

We develop event identities and tailored graphics with character and purpose. Across screens, signage, printed materials and environmental graphics, we turn a visual direction into designs people notice and use.

Working alongside agencies, event designers, producers, venues and brands, we can establish the visual foundation, carry an approved identity across your materials or look after both.

Four ways to work together

Where are we starting?

Each service meets a different need. We’ll recommend a scope around the creative you have, the materials you need and how much you’d like us to look after.

A new visual foundation

Event Identity & Direction

Establish the visual system.

Your event needs a look of its own. We explore concepts, develop the identity and define how it comes together, giving your team a clear foundation for the materials that follow.

What that can look like:

  • Creative briefing, research and concept exploration
  • Event logo or title styling, colour and typography
  • Key visuals, illustration and supporting graphics
  • Concise guidance for using the visual system

Typical design investment

$7,500–$12,500+ CAD

This establishes your visual foundation. Rolling it out across event materials is scoped separately.

Let’s shape the direction

An approved direction to extend

Event Creative Rollout

Extend an established visual system.

Your identity, campaign or concept is already approved. We carry it across your event materials, keeping the creative consistent across formats and environments while adapting to shifting production requirements.

What that can look like:

  • Signage, wayfinding and environmental graphics
  • Stage, screen and presentation graphics
  • Programs, printed materials and sponsor recognition graphics
  • Digital assets and production-ready artwork

Typical design investment

$8,500–$20,000+ CAD

This can cover a full set of event materials, including complex or large-format applications. The starting point is an approved identity or creative direction.

New direction plus substantial rollout

Integrated Event Creative

Creative direction through final artwork.

You need an original identity and the materials to match. We develop the look, carry it across the agreed applications and look after the artwork and design decisions along the way. Your team has one partner accountable for that visual scope.

What that can look like:

  • Identity development and senior creative direction
  • Coordinated environmental, print and screen graphics
  • Sponsor recognition and registration graphics
  • Production artwork and supplier coordination
  • Design support leading up to event day

Typical design investment

$16,000–$35,000+ CAD

Larger projects or those requiring extensive production support may exceed this range. We confirm deliverables, responsibilities and support before work begins.

Talk through the whole picture

A focused design need

Standalone Design Services

Flexible creative support.

For focused design needs that don’t require a comprehensive engagement. Whether it’s a single piece, a set of materials or adaptations of existing artwork, we bring the same creative care and attention to detail.

What that can look like:

  • Printed materials such as invitations, menus, brochures or signage
  • Digital graphics for email, social media or event promotion
  • Presentation design, from a few slides to a complete deck
  • Updates to existing artwork, including reformatting and alternate versions

Design rates

$150 CAD/hour · Standard

$200 CAD/hour · Priority, where applicable

Clearly defined requests can be quoted at a fixed project fee. For hourly work requiring unusually fast turnaround, generally under 72 hours, the priority rate may apply. We confirm the fee or rate before work begins.

Creative ownership

You own the event.
We own the visual system.

Senior event creative that flexes with your workload.

A strong point of view. A direct conversation.

Work directly with Sara and Menna, from concepts through approvals. You get experienced judgement and a clear explanation of why a design works, with room to question, explore and make it better together.

One visual idea, wherever guests encounter it.

An entrance sign, sponsor screen and dinner menu each do a different job. We consider viewing distance, content, materials and format so they belong together without simply repeating the same layout.

Less creative coordination on your plate.

We keep track of the agreed applications, artwork versions and feedback, with supplier handoffs where included. You stay involved in approvals without having to chase every file or pass every technical question between teams.

We can work directly with your team or end client, alongside an internal creative department, or as an extension of your agency. White-label delivery is available when useful.

Supplier coordination & production support

Good design needs a great handoff.

Dimensions, materials and file specifications can change how an idea comes to life. Depending on scope, we can work directly with your printer, fabricator or AV team to prepare the graphics for their intended use and take technical back-and-forth off your plate.

01 / Confirm the requirements

Start with the real specifications.

We can gather printer, fabricator and AV requirements, and request supplier quotations and production timelines to inform the design and artwork schedule.

02 / Prepare the artwork

Design for the intended application.

We prepare artwork to confirmed requirements, communicate with production partners about file needs, and review digital proofs for design consistency.

03 / Keep the handoff moving

Fewer file questions on your to-do list.

We can coordinate final artwork handoff and help resolve design- and file-related questions. The level of supplier coordination and final support is agreed in the scope.

What shapes the scope

Same-size event.
Different creative needs.

Investment reflects the thinking, applications and responsibility involved, not simply the guest count or number of files.

We consider the creative starting point, original designs and adaptations, content, versions and approval stages. The venue, supplier requirements and delivery schedule also affect how much design and coordination is needed.

Let’s work out the right fit

A few useful answers

Before we get started.

Do you also plan events or design the space?

Our speciality is graphic design, rather than event planning, décor or spatial design. We create visual identities and graphics for the events your team designs and produces. We can work alongside your event designer, agency or producer, and coordinate the creative and artwork side with suppliers where agreed.

Can you work with our existing identity?

Absolutely. Event Creative Rollout starts with your approved identity, campaign or concept. We respect the work already done, then adapt it for the materials and production requirements you need, whether that’s a focused set or a full event rollout.

Can you work within our agency or alongside our internal team?

Yes. We can take responsibility for a defined graphic design scope, collaborate with your internal creatives or work directly with your end client when agreed. White-label delivery is available too. We clarify communication, feedback and approvals at the start.

Can you help with suppliers to manage production requirements?

Yes, where included in scope. We can gather specifications, request quotations, prepare final artwork, review digital proofs and coordinate the artwork handoff. You approve spending and pay suppliers directly; physical production stays with the supplier.

What if we need a smaller set of materials?

That may be a good fit in our Standalone Design Services. Tell us what you need, what already exists and when it is required. We can recommend an hourly approach or a fixed project fee for a clearly defined request.

What happens when requirements change near event day?

We plan for expected final updates within the agreed scope. If requirements expand, we’ll confirm the additional work, cost and timing with you before proceeding. Unusually fast turnaround for new or additional work may affect the fee, but being close to event day does not automatically make an included update rush work.

Bring us in early

What do you have planned?

A new idea, an approved direction or a list that keeps growing. Tell us where you are, what you need and when it’s happening. You don’t need a finished brief to start a conversation.
