Belvedere Rise is a real estate project by Alliston Group (formerly Madison Avenue Group) in the new community of Belvedere at the east side of Calgary. We created graphics for the pre-construction sales trailer, including various marketing materials and interior design elements. The success of this project has been remarkable, with over 70 homes sold before even breaking ground. Belvedere is an ongoing project that began in early 2019 and is still growing as of 2024.
Our work included pieces printed on a variety of materials. The tabletop lot maps were made using sintra, while the interior wall coverings were created using adhesive vinyl, alongside semi-transparent vinyl on the glass surfaces. Acrylic infographics were placed throughout the interior walls and also suspended from the ceiling to the floor. The exterior of the building features heavy-duty vinyl banners fastened to plywood panels to create a durable exterior wrap that withstands prairie winds and winter conditions. Brochures, catalogues and handouts were also designed and printed on a variety of paper products.
